It is not only with the Berlinale Talents and the World Cinema Fund that the Berlinale pursues sustainable talent promotion. Emerging talents in Germany are also presented and supported in their further work. A new aspect is the effort to give more visibility to all film art works and thus to emphasise film as a collective art form. In the future, special talents of the individual art departments of the Perspektive films will be selected in the supplementary film series Perspektive Match.
